About MeI was born in Berlin and learned early on that the best way to understand people, markets and cultures is to experience them firsthand.After spending time in the United States and Spain, I discovered my passion for sales, business development and international market growth. My career has always focused on building bridges between countries, companies and customers.At ScentAir, I was responsible for opening and developing the DACH market. With my manager based in Rotterdam, I experienced firsthand the challenges Dutch companies often face when expanding into Germany, Austria and Switzerland: different buyer expectations, communication styles, sales cycles and negotiation culture.I led the first lead generation and marketing campaigns for the DACH region, adapted Dutch business structures to the German market and helped build a strong sales foundation. This resulted in successful partnerships with key accounts such as Decathlon, BMW, Garner Hotels, Kiddiland and other retail and hospitality customers.Today, I combine more than 10 years of experience in DACH market expansion, B2B sales, key account management and sales training to help Dutch and international companies enter and grow in the German-speaking market with more confidence and structure.With Kirsch Consulting, my goal is simple: to help companies avoid common market-entry mistakes and build a practical sales approach that works in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
